1. HOW TO ENTER
a. The San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino Invitational Poker Tournament Seat contest will begin on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at 12:00 am (PT) and end on July 1, 2007 at 11:59 pm (PT).
b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s):

Log onto www.MyKEARTH101.com and look for the San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino artwork located on the K-EARTH 101 home page. Click on the artwork and it will link you to a splash page with a URL email address to the K-EARTH 101 All Access Club. Contestants must be All Access Members or join the All Access Club before entering the contest. To become an All Access member (free of charge), you must complete a registration form by clicking “All Access Members” and then “Sign Up!” located on the top navigation bar on the K-EARTH 101 Website (http://www.kearth101.com/). Enter your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number and a valid email address in the registration form. Once the contestant had logged onto the All Access Club page, they may submit an electronic entry form.
Contestant entries must include your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, and home telephone number. Only one Internet entry per person and one Internet entry per email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online serve provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. K-EARTH 101 is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.
c. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The contest is open to all K-EARTH 101 listeners who are 21 years of age or older at the date and time contest is played, legal U.S. residents, and who reside in the following Counties: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino, Riverside and Ventura. Employees of K-EARTH 101, its licensee, its parent corporation, subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising agencies, San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino, persons on San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino banned player list including self bands, other participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino, Riverside and Ventura metropolitan areas and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.
b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest.
c. Listeners are eligible to win a K-EARTH 101 contest with a prize value of $75 or more only once every sixty days and a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months.
d. Winners must satisfy all Tournament eligibility requirements. Winners must be 21 years or older to enter casino, participate in tournament, and win. Winners will be required to register for San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino Club Serrano Players Club Card to participate in the tournament. The Club Serrano card is free to all individuals. If the winner already has a Club Serrano Players Club card, they can just proceed directly to the check-in area on the day of the tournament. Winners will be required to have their Club Serrano Card and be checked-in prior to the start of the tournament. San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino reserves the right to refuse entry to any player into the tournament. Tournament entries are non-transferable.
3. PRIZES
a. A total of 33 prizes will be awarded. Each prize is a seat at (i.e. and opportunity to participate in) the San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino Invitational Poker Tournament to be held at the San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino on Thursday, July 5, 2007 beginning at 7:00 pm. Value of prize is $100.00.
b. All prizes must be claimed on Thursday, July 5th, 2007 between the hours of 12:00pm and 6:30pm, at the San Manuel Bingo Indian & Casino, 777 San Manual Blvd., Highland, CA, 92346, 1-800-359-2464, www.sanmanuel.com, using a valid photo identification and a Club Serrano Card, which will be issued on-site free of charge. The Tournament begins at 7:00pm. Failure to claim prize during the specified times on July 5th, 2007 will result in forfeiture of the prize.
c. There is no substitution or transfer of prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value. The prizes are expressly limited to the item listed above and do not include taxes. Other restrictions may apply.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
a. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.
b. 33 prizewinners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
c. Winners will be notified by K-EARTH 101 staff via telephone /or e-mail on Monday, July 2nd at 10am. If the prizewinner does not claim prize within 24 hours of notification the prize will be forfeited and the winner will not be valid. Another winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible qualifiers. This process will continue until all 33 prizes are claimed.
d. Winners may also receive a congratulatory e-mail from the San Manual Indian Bingo & Casino, using the information provided by the entrant, which includes information regarding the Tournament. Winners’ names will also be posted on www.sanmanuel.com.
e. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received, as applicable.
f. Winner need not listen to win.
5. CONDITIONS
a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
b. By participating in the contest, participants and winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional notification or compensation (financial or otherwise). The winner or winners (and their guest or traveling companion, if any) agree to sign a publicity release authorizing the same prior to acceptance of a prize. All entrants agree to have their name and email shared with the San Manual Indian Bingo & Casino and to be contacted by the casino. All winners agree to have their names posted on the San Manual Indian Bingo & Casino’s website.
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, K-EARTH 101 and San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino in its sole discretion may require contest winners to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold K-EARTH 101, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
d. K-EARTH 101 and San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, which will become effective upon announcement.
e. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of K-EARTH 101 and San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino.
g. K-EARTH 101 and San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.
h. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of K-EARTH 101, 5670 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90036, or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to K-EARTH 101.
6. INTERNET PRIVACY POLICY
