OFFICE OF THE DAY 2008 CONTEST RULES

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chance to win. Void where prohibited.

1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The OFFICE OF THE DAY 2008 contest will begin Tuesday, January 2, 2008 at 9:00 AM PST and will end Friday, December 14, 2008 at 10:00 AM PST.

b. Participants may enter via the following method(s): Fax a letter on company letterhead stating why your office deserves to be OFFICE OF THE DAY. All submissions are to be faxed to (323) 461– KRTH (5784). All entries must be faxed by, June 1, 2008 to be eligible to become OFFICE OF THE DAY.

KRTH-FM (K-EARTH 101) is not responsible for facsimile transmission errors, illegible entries, telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent the transmission of a facsimile entry.

c. One entry per person, one entry per office.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino or Riverside County’s. Employees of KRTH-FM, its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, and the members of their immediate families AND/OR Households are ineligible to participate.

b. Listeners are eligible to win a K-EARTH 101 contest with a prize value of up to $599 only once every sixty days. Any contest won with a prize valued at $600.00 or more, the listener is eligible to win again after six months.

c. All participants must have a valid California ID and U.S. Social Security number at the date and time a contest is played.

3. PRIZES

a. THE OFFICE OF THE DAY 2008 prize will consist of a complementary breakfast for up to 20 people on behalf of KRTH-FM and Western Bagel. The value of the breakfast is approximately $25.00. Winners will be notified the day prior to being the OFFICE OF THE DAY.

b. The winner will need to sign all paperwork at the place of business with a KRTH-FM representative. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. KRTH-FM is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a. Decisions of KRTH-FM management with respect to the contest are final.

b. OFFICE OF THE DAY winners will be selected by a random drawing from all entries within the contest dates.

c. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED, AS APPLICABLE.

d. WINNER NEED NOT LISTEN OR BE PRESENT TO WIN (IF APPLICABLE).

e. Winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen.

5. CONDITIONS

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, KRTH-FM in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold KRTH-FM, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest

d. KRTH-FM reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of KRTH-FM, the Office Of The Year Party is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, KRTH-FM reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

e. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of KRTH-FM.

f. KRTH-FM is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
