K-EARTH 101 “WEAR ON K-EARTH” ONLINE CONTEST
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. HOW TO ENTER
a. The K-EARTH 101 Wear on online contest will begin on January1sh 2008 at 6:00 am (PT) and end on December 31, 2008 at 11:59 pm (PT).
b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method(s):

Log onto www.MyKEARTH101.com, click on “contests” and look for the K-EARTH101 “Wear on K-EARTH” artwork. Enter your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number and a valid email address and attach picture in the registration form.
Contestant entries must include your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, and home telephone number. Only one Internet entry per person and one Internet entry per email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online serve provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. K-EARTH 101 is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The contest is open to all K-EARTH 101 listeners who are 18 years of age or older at the date and time contest is played, legal U.S. residents, and who reside in the following Counties: Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego and Ventura. Employees of K-EARTH 101, its licensee, its parent corporation, subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising agencies, other participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Los Angeles, Orange County, San Bernardino, Riverside and Ventura metropolitan areas and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win.
b. Listeners are eligible to win a K-EARTH 101 contest with a prize value of up to $599 only once every sixty days. Any contest won with a prize valued at $600.00 or more, the listener is eligible to win again after six months.
3. PRIZES
a. A K-EARTH 101 prize pack will contain a variety of K-EARTH 101 swag and possibly other items, based on availability and k-EARTH 101 discretion.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
a. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.
b. Winners will also be notified by K-EARTH 101 staff via telephone.
c. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received, as applicable.
d. Winner need not listen to win.
5. CONDITIONS
a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
b. By participating in the contest, participants and winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising, online or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional notification or compensation (financial or otherwise).
c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, K-EARTH 101 in its sole discretion may require contest winners to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold K-EARTH 101, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
d. K-EARTH 101 reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater value, which will become effective upon announcement.
e. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of K-EARTH 101.
f. K-EARTH 101 is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize.
g. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of K-EARTH 101, 5670 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 200, Los Angeles, CA 90036, or by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to K-EARTH 101.
