Full disclosure: Gary’s broter Chris is a very good friend of mine, and he gave me the following tidbits on his big brother... A lot of great restaurants around, but this is the one that tops every poll. I personally love Casa Vega in the valley, Don Antonio’s on Pico, Tito’s Tacos in Culver City, King Taco in East LA, Taxco Gardens off Santa Monica and El Coyote on Beverly. Bryan's Blog: Monday, April 28, 2008 Over the weekend, we lost a great LA radio legend: Big Ron O’Brien, former afternoon guy at KIIS FM, passed away in Philadelphia. Ron was working at our sister station, WOGL. He died of pneumonia. Ron was the afternoon jock at KIIS during the their glory days in the 80s. He was one of the best ever, and a friend to a lot of people in the business. He will be missed. This morning we did a phone poll and found that many people in the KEARTH audience have been at the same job for over 20, 30, or even 40 years!
