If you want to take care of your eyes, Oprah's medical experts, Doctors Oz and Roizen, say "Nuts"! That's right, in one of their recent tips on their website, they caution that regardless of their shape, size, or type, fatty foods may be bad for your eyes. With this exception: nuts! Yes, eating nuts at least once a week may help protect your eyes from vision-stealing conditions like macular degeneration.
They also suggest fish for your diet, wearing your sunglasses all the time outside to protect your eyes from UV rays, exercise is also good for your eyes, as well as fresh produce, fortified cereals and supplements!
